It is definitely a type of Hoya - which is a succulent that is often grown as a houseplant. Common name: wax flower

It looks great, almost like white chocolate. I know it is a flower but it looks almost good enough to eat.

it does get nectar and is very fragrant.

not totally sure, but it might be a type of Hoya plant. Does this one produce nectar droplets from the flowers? the one I had did that.
