this caught my eye right away, Mary. Especially like the vivid purple colour and contrasting paler pink. lovely. I'm getting confused re "curves". Was just looking somewhere that referred to curves as being able to write/text in circles and curves, but you seem to be referring to adjustment of light etc. Now is the foremost purple tulip blurred like that from being closest to lens, or did you do that with "curves"?

A lovely shot, Mary. I like the slightly unusual viewpoint, and the beautiful shades of purple and pink, set against the green leaves.
