Wow Alandra I missed this one but from the date it was the day after my birthday so I probably didnt come one. what a beautiful shot with the evening sun illuminating the scene.

How nice to have such a beautiful spot nearby. I love the little dwarf trees, the reflections are lovely as is the entire picture. Very beautiful and uplifting way to begin the day. *g*

glad you like it, Anne, thanks very much for the nice comments. This garden is quite near our area, at Richmond, which is a suburb of Vancouver, BC Canada. You can see the lotus beds if you look into the water in the foreground, but they're dormant right now of course.

thankyou Alex. The garden isn't really that big, but it's set in quite a large piece of land. Perhaps they'll expand it someday. It's very peaceful there, which is the whole idea, I guess. Would love to visit after a fresh snowfall and in the summer when the lotus are blooming.

thanks very much, Lorraine, Carol, Beverly and Jas. Jas, next time you visit this area, we'll have to take you there. We keep hoping to get there when the Lotus flowers are blooming, but so far, haven't made it : ) You can see the lotus bed frames in the water here. And Lorraine, you are right, the garden is tended very well.
