About This Image

owl nest tree, in the stand of Cottonwood trees in the park where we go to see the baby owls in their nest.
The nest tree is in the middle of this group of trees, it's the tree with the Y shaped fork in the upper branches, - which is where the nest is, in a hollowed out part in the fork. Infact, the Mother owl is perched on a branch in the tree in this image, but doubt if you'll be able to see her in this compressed version.
I mainly wanted to show how high up the owls nest is.

Hi Golda, thanks for the nice comments, -- we're in South Delta, near the ferry terminal.
