I am glad you have the pictures of your roses to look at. They are so beautiful. And you certainly captured the last of them. That was a blessing. Also a great shot!!

sad to say, this climbing rose was ruined earlier this summer by some bad (rainy) weather. It was so surprising how the rose bush just did not recover, we expected once the weather improved it would snap right back into shape again, but it just deteriorated and seemed to die. DH just cut it down today, and has removed the arch! When I look at how this climber bloomed last year right thru til the date on this photo, 21 September 2004 and beyond, - its hard to believe how this happened. Very sad to lose such a lovely climber
