Thanks KM. It was a great time of year to be up there with all the rain they had gotten. It seemed to make everything more vibrant and colorful.

Thank you Vicki. Gooseberry Falls is about 40 miles north of Duluth Minnesota, along the North Shore of Lake Superior. It is known as the gateway to the North Shore Scenic Drive. The hike to this section of the falls is not too bad, maybe 20 min tops on a crowded day.

Lovely - lots of movement here - lots of tannin in those waters not unlike Tequamennon Falls in the UP. Where is Gooseberry Fals State Park - and how long a hike to this beautiful location?
