This guy was the boss of the lion pen,, we got to seee them really close up as they were just on the other side of the netting, with another short fence, we would have being about 8 to 10 feet away from him.

Hi Tania, I think he was keeping an eye on Lucy and Madison both being small just the right size animalthat a lion would like to hunt, they might be behind mesh but they are still hunters, just the way he watched them put a bit of a shiver down the spine all the same, he was sleeping untill he spotted the kids.
