I guess in the old days of photography this would have been called a "sandwich".My father used to do this with slides.This is an aspect of my photo program that I have just uncovered.

Hi Andy,Thank you so much for this 2nd chance. Just saw that email now. I got both the Audio & Book copy of CABFM & UABFM in Sept last year. I watend to clarify about the time zone for the SMS New Year Special Offer, since I'm from Manila, Philippines, is it correct to use Sydney Australia Time Zone (7pm Local Time Sydney Australia, Jan 9, Wed) when order buttons become Live?If I miss this out on Jan 9, there's still chance to get it Jan 10, 11, 12 at 9pm?
