The rolling limestone hills area in central Texas is called The Hill Country for obvious reasons.

Thank you, Alex and Carol. for your kind feedback. This part of central Texas is very unusual. It is about 90 miles away from us, and the higher altitude keeps the temperatures relatively lower.
