Thanks a bunch all! Yes, he does look like he is in a bit of sunset light on him Jas. It was a light in his area. I think he may have been close to it to get a little warmth from it. I just finished a layered sunset photo with him in it and posted it. Thanks again everyone. Don

The detail in your shot is amazingly clear. I love the lighting too; it looks as if you've captured the eagle at sunset.

I wondered if you would venture over there. Beautiful capture and wonderful detail, especially since the photo was no doubt taken through a glass window. During the summer they have outdoor shows with birds flying free.
