About This Image

The sun rises on the West Bank in New Orleans. The Mississippi River twists and turns so much that the sun actually sets on the West Bank. I had to move from the ninth to the third floor to get this picture. The ninth had the bridge blocking the rest of the beauty.

Cecille Doman /

Karan - Oct 13, 2015 03:58 PM EDT
Cecille Doman / There are certainly a lot of daliets like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.

Thanks for the comment!! I may never get that exact same angle again. It was taken off the cruise boat and I do not believe I can afford to go again at least not any time soon.

Thanks Maya. This picture was actually remarked upon by my sisters who said it looks like a post card. They said little about some of my other pictures except that it looks like I own a camera now.

No, but there is a race over this bridge. If you come to New Orleans, I will show you where it is. The MGM is very close to this bridge.
Guest - Feb 21, 2005 04:19 PM EDT
GORGEOUS, Dud! Does Mardi Gras Marathon go past or over this bridge?
