About This Image

All Saints church, in the village of Peppard Common, Oxfordshire.

My mother belonged to the Bronte Society and on a visit to the parsonage in Haworth commented to a fellow visitor that the one thing that remained the same through the years was the sunlight and shadows upon the walls and floor and furniture, the same now as when the sisters saw it. I belong to the Elizabeth Goudge Society and this is the church where she worshipped.

Thank you very much Alovely and Karenmoen for your comments. I was so pleased when I took the picture and hoped that it came out the same as what it looked like on the camera review. I have now put the link, and I hope this is permissible, to the Elizabeth Goudge web site. This photograph was taken on the first convention day.

Beautifully captured light in a lovely setting. Those are two of my favorite authors!
