Shutterbug you have done another wonderful picture. I love it. I believe it is Russian Sage. Don't hold me to it though. I have it in my garden. Wonderful peaceful picture. It seems to me that you do alot of very relaxing photographs. Ones that you can say Ahhhhhh. They would make great greeting card faces Shutterbug.

I wasn't sure if it was lavender or butterfly bush. I had lavender in my yard (it's wonderful - even the greenery is fragrant and soothing) and there are many crafts you can create with it. This is taller than my plants, but definitely tend to resemble the lavender. I can smell it now, through your delightful image, Carol.

Thanks Mary,Vicki and Anne for the lovely comments. This photo was taken some place in Vermont,Im not sure if the flowers are lavender or not.

How very beautiful the flowers look against your white fence. The border matching the - could it be lavender? I never had succeeded in getting it in my garden but I love it. And this is beautiful flower even if it isn't lavender. *g* A truely beautiful scene!!!
