Stand Alone Tree

I feel there must be a wonderful story tht goes with this tree. It has been majestic in its time and has aged gracefully. I think someone loved it very much and others have kept up tradition of mowing around it. A very heart touching picture to me!

It's very nice and I like it too. Have to tellyou that before I enlarged it to view, thought it was a pic of a lone tree in an area of field where we go most days, locally : ) - thought you lived in the same area as us. But now I see the larger image, realize it's not the same tree or field. very nice picture.
