Thanks for the comments everyone, what you're looking at used to be sap but was boiled down and now is maple syrup....from the very light colors of the first run down to the darker colors as it gets near the end of sugaring time....

The colors are ok but the flavor is great,like you say,its good on anything.A really nice shot of the different grades of syrup.
