Across the street from my house lives a beautiful pine tree, snow-covered and glittering with thousands of tiny ice crystals.

It's no wonder that pine trees are "The Tree" when it comes to Christmas trees. When covered in snow, as shown here, the very branches appear to be the elegant shape of snowflakes.
