This tree grows on the banks of Salado Creek. This used to be a beautiful place for fall colors until a large building was put up on the west bank. Now it's so dark that it's hard to find a decent scene. This tree was getting some of the afternoon light which highlighted some of the colorful leaves.

Yes, Chloegirl, it's the same creek but a different location that is higher and overlooks the creek.
