About This Image

The silhouette of a lonely sailboat against the orange backdrop of the receding sun drifts in for the night. The only sound to be heard was the faint hum of the small motor pushing the boat through the windless salty water. This was taken at the Great Salt Lake, Utah at sunset.

When first viewing this capture,Winslow Homer's painting came to mind. The composition is nicely captured and as well the color of the sunset. Very enjoyable, Brian.
