this is the revolving restaurant at the top of the Harbour Centre tower, downtown Vancouver BC Canada. You can see the outside elevator cars near the top of the building. We've dined up there, several years ago, it's very nice.

know what you mean, Janice. Have only been up there and down again one time, am sure I faced the wall : ) And only because we were meeting relatives from out of town there, some years ago.
