We have Christmas day with our children and grands and at one or the others house, the meats are a choice between turkey, chickens, pork, sometimes lamb, and all the trimmings, presents are opened in the morning before lunch, It will be with my 2 sons this year, my daughter will be up after the new year on her and partners way out to the States, Germany & Austria. some families spend Christmas day at the beach, one of mine will go the next day, New Years day here is a beach day. & Our tree comes down right after the New Year, the next day.

a lot of people do put their trees up earlier, infact I heard my sister put hers up around the 26th Nov, but her birthday's the next day, so assumed that's why. We never did put ours up til much closer to Christmas, but left it up longer, at the other end. Am surprised you start that early there. Do you have the big Christmas dinner too (roast turkey and all the trimmings)? For some reason I thought all the people in Oz and NZ went to the beaches on Christmas Day.

very nice image and reflection. You are really early with your Christmas decorating, - which surprises me, since it's your summertime over there.
