Thank you both Jas an Johnnyo for looking in an commenting.No does'nt look very secure, there is not many people in there 1 for life an a couple for minor things.The guy was telling us that there is not much crime in Raro at all an the court an jail on the the Rarotonga island is the only ones in the Cook Island so everyone gets sent there from the surrounding Islands.
