Thankyou so much Ann and Talsi for looking in and the kind comments, they are a very pretty bird, she has 5 of them, she lost one of them to a hawk, the rest are very careful now.

Lorraine this is such a nice photograph to view. Good composition and the reflection adds so much to this capture. These birds are so pretty. Wish we had some here in the NE. As Alandra mentioned, the title is wonderful and goes so well with the image.

Thanks Alandra for looking in and the kind comment. I didn't think that these birds really liked the rain that much, but these guys seemed quite happy be out in the rain puddling around.

pretty scene with the lovely white doves, Lorraine. Have heard of puddle ducks before, but never puddle doves. Cute title for it. Would love to have some white doves around here.
