very interesting and great photo. Have never seen these prickly pears growing and had no idea they formed in that area of the cactus/cacti. we just see them in our stores : ) Have never tasted the jelly either, but sure would like to! Does it resemble any other jelly? - so that I can imagine what it's like. thanks
