One of these long-legged creatures came to visit me once and stayed for 3 days. I live in an apartment building and I couldn't manage to get him out from between screen - to dropping down. *LOL* But finally he did and all was well. I was so happy to see a picture of one again.

That is a very healthy praying mantis. She how it holds its frony legs--as if it is praying. They are great insect hunters.
