About This Image

This is one of the cabins in the rear of the main Piedmont ghost town in Wyoming. I went with black and white on this one for nostalgia reasons as well as to highlight the contrasting colors in the roof against the logs of the main structure. I also liked how the clouds enhance the overall horizontal lines of the image.

am surprised that my comments on this pic didn't show up, am sure I commented on this photo at least a week ago. guess it didn't go thru. I won't be able to re write it as well a 2nd time, as it was written the first time !

I like the different shades of grey/black/white. Don't see much of this type of scenery anymore, at least not where I live. It is nostalgic.
