This is looking out of my sister's house. A common feature used to be gas lighting. In the more modern houses, some of them are going back to the antique look.
Notice the pine trees in the background. Many of them grow north of Lake Pontchartrain where one of my sisters live.

WOW!! great shot Dud,the flame in the light is a nice touch.Do they burn constantly,or do you light them when you need them?

Thanks, I thought it was a different perspecitve. I liked the fact that there were natural lines throughout the picture as per a recent article I had read.
