I have been using Jalbum to share my photos onnlie on my personal website.Depending on the skin you choose it will allow people to download from there as well. Not sure about the downloading of an entire album at once, maybe you can post that question in the Jalbum forum? If the feature is not there yet and the developers see this as a useful extension it might be added in the future. It is free to use, developed as open source and great support from the onnlie community if you encounter any problems using it.Another feature I like is that you can opt in some of the skins to auto-add a signature on your photos. Hope this helps!
