About This Image

this time there are 2 young Great Horned Owls in the photo. The one nearest the parent is in the process of turning around to face her, - this shot shows it's tail towards the parent still, -- - as the next capture shows the young owl turned towards the parent to receive the food : )

thanks very much, Shirree, for the nice comments, glad you like them. You are right, they are very high up here, I couldn't really judge the height. but I didn't really expect to capture much at all, but took the chance.

You have done a great job Alandra. I can imagine how far away these owls would have been. You would be lucky to see an owl here in the daylight - I have only ever seen one that wasn't captive during the day - a rare treat! Well done and keep em coming!

glad you like them, Janice. I took them all at the same time, but must have done a better job with PSPro on these : )

thanks very much, Carol, glad you like these. Of course, would like for them to be clearer, but at that distance high up, it's great to get "anything" : )
