Very unique flower to me. Very nice capture. I think that the weathered fence and green of the background is very enjoyable.

Ty keep getting the reply that some of the words used are inappropriate as i tried to write in the name of them, so will just say that these flowers look good as they appear just as winter turns to spring

Kniphofia hybrids This is the botanical name for these plants. I have noticed them appearing in other colours nowdays but when I was a child they were always in one colour - red. I wonder why it is that the neighbours flowers etc always hold an alure and we want to be able to capture them

Spying in the neighbours garden, they always seem to have much prettier flowers than I do too. lovely shot.
