About This Image

One stormy night when the lights went out, Zoe and I
went gingerly down to the livingroom. I lit a candle
that sits next to Bacchus and the silver sugar holder,
that is now a place for my car keys. We both rested
upon the couch and watched the flicker of the candle
flame dancing with wonderful shadows about the room.
I used PS to make it look somewhat like a painting.
The light from the right was a flash light.

Hi there Carol and Golda. Thank you taking the time to view and leave a comment on my capture. Zoe was a little anxious so I didn't get much sleep during the storm. I thought of my camera and wondered if I could get a photo while sitting in the dark. If I was Alan, I would have gone out and got a capture of the lighting. lol But, I wasn't as daring that night.

It's amazing that we can always make a picture, even in the most adverse situations.Very creative thinking,and this just proves there is a picture everywhere.Well done!
