Wonderful portait. It looks professionally done. I agree with the previous comments, that you must have employed some unique lighting source, natural light, or a soft box. White background works well.

Excellent shot, and what fantastic eyes! It's a beautifully lit image, whether natural or not. I'm pretty certain it wasn't your on-camera flash, anyway!
