About This Image

An historic, back street in Eton, near Windsor, showing a double row of character cottages with a cobbled street. The buildings are enhanced with beautiful hanging planters, containing red and white Impatiens.

Thanks for looking. :)

Thank you ALL for taking the time to comment on this photo'. We're so lucky to have so many great buildings from the past to treasure; this little street is a favourite of mine. :)

Love the cobblestone street Jas. The cottages are so well kept and a delight to look at with the colorful hanging planters. Beautiful!

Wonderful how you brought the past right to our today's eye as we looked at your picture. The different type buildings on either side gave us an unforgetable memory from the past and the much walked upon, brick street!! An aura of olden times surrounds it. Lovely!!

had a feeling this was your image, as soon as I spotted it Jas! Lovely! Great perspective too, as well as nice contrast between the brickwork and the other finish on the Tudor ? style building. Would love to wander down that little cobbled lane.
