I got tickets to Dawes Point Sydney which about 500meters from the Harbour Bridge, so some good shots where had. Being my first fireworks shooting not all went so well, I expected it to be packed like sardines so I didn't bring a tripod so most of the shots that did make it were pure luck + I was on my last batteries so I was shooting conservatively just so they don't run out at that special moment...every one has had that happen to them and you see the shot come and then go while you frantically try to put a new battery pack in...not good
