Huge, arched windows line both sides of the Registry Room. Crowded with peoples waiting to enter the United States, seeing Lady Liberty standing proudly on her pedestal, must have been a heartwarming site.

Thank you Mary and Tania. This was a bit tricky as the insets are smallish so Lady Liberty had to be compromised a bit. Did you notice the odd wheel on the lower part of one of the right side frame uprights? That's how they open and close the top windows - and it isn't all that easy to turn those puppies either! I like the window alone but the shot is even better with Lady Liberty in the background. LTF too! Really nice Vicki and good info too.
