Hi Lulu, thanks for the comments : ) know what you mean, the flowers seen here are usually orange and yellow and that dark "mahogany" colour, - do like the latter. Think these are called "rose" colour, but will check the seed pkts if I can find any this late in the season. I think these are prettier too.

Hi Alandra. These look really neat. Our nasturiums all seem to be a virbrant orange colour. These are much nicer. I'm glas you didn't crop it. I like the contrast of the leaves against the flowers.

thanks Solaria. the round leaves of these flowers are pretty - didn't crop it as wanted to show the leaves. Have never eaten the flowers but have sampled the leaves when in the garden, - sort of a peppery flavour. buthave never made a salad with the leaves or flowers in
