This fella was injured and couldn`t fly far so we threw food on the ground for him and he would hide the food near my feet. One day I came in from work and he wasn`t around, he had passed away under one of my bushes, I was so bummed I didn`t go out back for a while, I just hope hes happy where ever he is...

He looks young judging by the tail feathers and he seems to be favoring the left wing. At least he had you to care for him and notice his passing. And he left you this beautiful momento.
