What a beautiful location. I agree - I also hope developers don't get to spoil it. A great many of those California mudslides are due to the removal of so many stabilizing trees. When will the money-hungry zillionnaires wake up and consider preserving the earth?

Hi Karen, after commenting here last evening, did a Google search for Buntzen Lake, BC Canada, and that might be "it". The other area of water in the photo might be Indian Arm.

I don't know the name, Alandra. In fact, I didn't know there was a lake until I saw it from the air. I hope they don't build houses around it and preserve the natural beauty.

am wondering if that might be Buntzen Lake, but am just guessing. Knew someone who surveyed in there many years ago. Interesting, as have never seen that. thanks for sharing Karen.
