Moth hummingbird

Oh, what a perfectly marvelous shot of that hummingbird moth. The flower even seems to be protesting the closeness of this seeking moth. Well done and thank you for giving us the chance to see such a wonderful picture.

I agree with Talsi...very nice capture. I haven't seen one for a couple of years now. The first time I ever saw one I was fascinated with it.

very good macro of the hummingbird moth and the pretty flower, Carol. Haven't seen any of these moths here yet. We had a large moth in the house here for several days, but I finally caught it and set it free on the mock orange blossoms a couple nites ago.
