About This Image

A Mourning Dove attacked there baby on Mothers Day. I was able to save and keep watch on the injured dove and his sibling. I do not know what happened to the dove, but his sibling kept him company every day. Dedication.

So very sad,I have never seen our Doves aggressive acting ever.They moves so slow they are great targets for the Hawk that flies around here. Carol

Alex this is the sibling. I have not had the nerve to put up the bruised baby yet. It's beak is behind the leaf. I'll put up the baby tonight maybe

Thank you for the pictures, I was wondering what happened to your injured dove. It looks like the baby lost its beak, is that correct or is it an illusion? How did you intervene?
