Today, unexpectedly and happily, we met our Lab Maggie's "dog family" while walking! So here's the group of them. Val, the Mama dog is in the center, now aged 9 plus. Maggie (8)one side &
Milo (8) Maggie's brother dog on the other side of their Mama.
And not to forget, our Lucy (4) hanging around in the background near her precious Maggie : )- tail wagging, as if she sensed
something special about it all.Val is from New Zealand - she was flown out to our area from the Royal New Zealand Guide Dog organization, to start the BC Guide Dog group, just over 8 years ago. Maggie and Milo were among her first litter - 9 puppies -
born a couple weeks after her arrival in our area. This was a very happy gathering for all of us, especially with all the dogs getting older now (as we are : )
