this tiel has dark eyes, yellow feathers, and orange cheeks, hes a lutino, not an albino....

Thanks for clarifying that it's a lutino instead of an albino. I've changed the name of title to reflect the correct type of bird.

That is a lutino.....not an albino...albinos are white. Lutinos are yellow with orange cheeks.
