Great capture of the Moth. They are rare around my part of the country, Although I did see one last summer. Great detail Z

Thank you for the great feed back. This gorgeous creature is quite large with a wing span about 5" across. I thought its leaf-like antennae were rather intriguing too. I had never seen one before.

Gorgeous moth! I don't know how big your one is but it's very similar to one we have here in New Zealand called the Puriri Moth - same colour, quite large, but ours doesn't have the long 'tail' this one has, just a long body. It's also called the Ghost Moth for the way it looks when flying in the moonlight. Great capture. :o)
