Thanks very much Alandra and Tania for your nice comments. I was going to find a flower and use my light tent for the contest but it has been so hot that I could not talk myself into going out and finding a flower. I ended up using this shot from a year ago.

This is another of your photos that I missed seeing earlier. I love the colors. The red sets off the yellow of the flower perfectly. Beautifull sharp focus.

Guess I never saw this one before. The bedsheet did make a nice background, it compliments the flower.

Thanks KM :) The background was a bed sheet attached to the side of my house using push pins / fancy thumb tacks. Glad you enjoyed it...
