About This Image

One of the lovely trails that wind through the park between steep limestone walls that protect the maple trees from the summer heat. The color is not so pretty every year, but this year has been gorgeous.

Thanks, Carol and Talsi, for taking time to comment. Lost Maples attracts people from all over Texas. Especially those of us who miss the fall color changes we experienced in other states.

The colors here in the northeast were great this year too,it must of been all the wierd weather we had last year. Beautiful photo! Carol
