About This Image

Lost Maples State Natural Area is the closest we come to enjoying the beauty of the autumn season. It is located in the Texas Hill Country near the town of Vanderpool in central Texas.

Oops, I hit the wrong key!! It is very popular to the point that visitors are encouraged not to come during weekends. This was taken early on a Monday morning.
