I was last there in 1974. The Harbour area could be described as commercially quaint. I loved it. The best part was the locals were so friendly; I found it a hard stop to move on from.

I've always wanted to take a vacation to New Zealand. Littleton Harbour seems like a great place to visit.

New Zealand abounds with beauty. What a beautiful shot it is with the rounded harbor and the rounded village on other side. Is that a skim of snow on top or snow - at 80 my eyes sometimes play tricks. *g* Your picture portrays a place blessed with beauty and looks so inviting. A wonderful picture.

Alandra Canada sounds so much more exciting. New Zealand is special but I think everywhere on earth has special qualities. We dont have Bears, bird life Moose beavers etc that you have over there. I have looked up where you live on the internet all I can say is WOW!!

love this scene also, Tania. Also would love to visit NZ. We nearly moved there years ago (my parents, me and siblings) before coming to Canada, but the Korean war happened, and my Dad's transfer with the RN was cancelled.
