About This Image

Other than cropping away the excess walls and removing two tiny reflection blemishes, there is no other alteration to this photo. All the restored buildings in Nauvoo, IL have original leaded glass windows which give a slightly distorted view of what's outside that intrigued me.

Thank you for your comments, Golda and Alandra. The window itself is that long and narrow - the original photo width took away from it's essence, so I cropped off the sides along the inside wall. I recently upgraded from DIS Pro 10 to DIS 2006. As it saves medium web images at a larger size, I have to submit small web images to keep the photo within TLF parameters. Unfortunately, in this case, the natural distortion of the glass isn't as well defined as in the actual photo.
