Our Lab, Lucy, in the Hydrotherapy tank, a month after her surgery for a cruciate ligament tear, at a Vet clinic in Vancouver, BC. (Canada West Veterinary Clinic)
There is a treadmill for the floor of the tank, so here Lucy is waiting for the treadmill to start up, so that she can start the therapy in the nice warm water.
The hydrotherapy is really beneficial after this surgery and for other problems.

Hi Carol and Karen, thanks for the comments, thought you might find it interesting, - it was all new to us too, and the entire surgery and therapy is really amazing, - even after 5 years since the first op Lucy had on the other hind leg, there has been great advancement. Sorry about your torn ligament also, Karen. I hope there's treatment for you also!

She looks so patient as she waits for the treadmill to start. I can sympathize with her as I have a torn knee ligament and it is very painful.
