About This Image

While we were snowed in I decided to make a rag doll for my granddaughter and dress it in scraps from an outfit I recently made for her. Rather than sew on the face from the pattern, I used a photo I took of her last summer. Mike's daughter embroidered her name on the bodice adding a 'bling' gemstone to dot the 'i' in her name.

Ivy also made us the lighthouse throw and another dear friend made me the trapunto pillow on the doll's right side.

Hi Lorraine and Carol - Annika and her mother have no idea that I've been creating weird things again. I did many different crafts when my children were small . . . now I have Grands to create for again!!!! Vicki
