This photo of Jupiter was taken using my Sigma 50- 500mm lens on a Rebel XT body. This was the best shot out of 15.

Thanks Don. I use a regular Bogen tripod with the 10 sec delay on the camera, then shoot trial & error.

Not a bad shot at all! You can see the moons very clearly jgoetz4. The Bigma did a great job. Do you have a tracking mount or use a regular tripod. Very nice work! Don
